We are a month away from our two year anniversary and on one hand it feels like we were married last week on the other hand it feels like we've always been together. Since that beautiful day in August we have grown in so many ways not only as individuals but as a couple.
Last November was probably one of the biggest changes we'll ever face. Moving away from Kansas was probably one of the hardest things we'll ever do. We are creating a life here in Alabama but not a day goes by that we don't think maybe we'd be happier near our family and friends we miss tremedously.
Jeremy loves his job at Auburn University. He loves the people he works with and respects the athletic department they've built here at Auburn. The only struggle he faces with work is the fact that he's still an intern and doesn't have a job title to add to his resume. After receiving his masters degee in May (see picture above) he sometimes feels as if he's running in circles around his career.
Brooke although not crazy about her job is thankful she has one. Espcially a job with benefits. Alabama life is growing on her however she does not cope well being so far away from her neice and nephews, along with the rest of the family.
Next week is Stallbaumer Vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. We are looking forward to being with all of Jeremy's family. Our only hope is that everyone makes it to Missouri healthy and safe. The picture below is from Stallbaumer Vacation in Branson last year!
